That’s right, for the 3rd time in 4 seasons that I’ve been playing with the Snipers, we come within 1 game of the Championship and LOSE.
I think this has been the best Snipers team yet, and we had a real chance this time. We were leading 2 – 0 in the first 15 minutes, but never scored the rest of the game. Meanwhile, the Bruins caught up and we went into sudden death overtime. The Bruins, of course, scored that last goal. Horrible way to play a game, if you ask me.
Now I know what the Eagles must’ve felt like. At least they made it to the Superbowl this year, so there’s still hope for us, I guess…
