		<description>Eating w/ both spoon &amp; fork was normal in many parts of Indonesia, too.  That&#039;s still the way I tend to eat, though I&#039;ve kind of learned the American (and I guess Canadian) way of eating mostly with a fork.

It seems though that eating with only 2 utensils wasn&#039;t the only thing going on with this kid, though.  I get the impression he may have been rude, or sloppy in other ways.  Still, seems like pretty extreme punishment.

If the only thing going on was the utensils, then that&#039;s totally crazy.</description>

		<description>Thats a kind of a weird comment. Here in the UK, eating with a spoon and a fork would be more acceptable than eating with just a fork, which is seen as just plain rude.
